Throughout the past few months, Luxx Newhouse Team have been doing their best to keep operating while taking into consideration every safe distancing rule that was required by the Singapore Government to combat COVID-19.
In order to protect our customers as well as ourselves, our team have been practicing the following at all times for the past month ;
All staff are required to practice social distancing of at least 1 meter apart from each other at all times.
We made it compulsory for all workers including the operations and administrative staff to wear mask at all times including and especially during site measurements, visits and installation.
The company provided Vitamin C for all staff and made it a requirement for all workers to rest before 11 PM to protect their immune system.
More frequent temperature measures.
All staff are required to download the 'Trace Together' Application.
All meetings will only be conducted via Zoom application.
Unfortunately, the situation in Singapore have not improved and in line with the latest government guidelines, we are required to suspend operations from the 7th April 2020 to 4th May 2020. Our official notice as below;
"Business Operations during Covid-19 ‘Circuit Breaker’ from 07 April to 04 May 2020
In response to our PM Lee's announcement on enhanced measures to deal with COVID-19 situation in Singapore, all of our staff will be working from home from Tuesday 07/04/2020 until the 04/05/2020 (subject to further update by the authorities) and our office premise will be closed. You can continue to contact our staff through their usual mobile phone and email or other social media platforms.
During this period of time, our factory will cease all operations and there will not be any production, local delivery and installation facilities available. Nevertheless, limited operations for our warehouse and logistics are still available to incoming shipping containers and export subject to prior arrangement and government approval on exemption on a case by case basis.
We understand that the current COVID-19 pandemic is affecting all of us. This is also a challenging time for businesses. However, we are confident that together we shall overcome this present crisis and emerge stronger than before.
We apologies for any inconvenience caused to you during this time and we promise to provide you with our uttermost best service once our factory is able to function again upon approval from the relevant parties. We are truly grateful for your support and partnership during this time as we all face this unprecedented challenge together.
