Luxx Newhouse and UEM Sunrise have inked a sales and purchase agreement for the sale of 100,000 sq ft of freehold land in Phase 3 of the Southern Industrial and Logistics Clusters (SILC) in Iskandar Puteri for RM13 million.
The investment will involve furniture production, housing over 200 skilled employees. The factory is expected to be Luxx Newhouse’s regional manufacturing operation headquarter in 3 years.
